Conveyors Direct's aluminum extrusion frame system is designed with generous wall sections for rigidity and accuracy. Multiple T-slots allow easy frame assembly and reconfiguration, guide, sensor and device attachments with widely available standard hardware, not expensive proprietary T-nuts and brackets!

Our unique design allows the frame to be a mere 1/8" wider than the conveying surface, allowing side-to-side transfers without deadplates! This close tolerance also allows loose product to be conveyed with minimum potential to jam.
